1. What you're buying

EduDoc Vault sells instant-access digital products — fillable, printable PDF toolkits for K-12 educators. There is no physical shipment. After successful payment through Stripe, you receive immediate access to download your files.

2. License grant

Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the files for your own personal or professional purposes.

3. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, share, or publish the raw source files (free or paid).
• Upload the files to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or marketplaces.
• Remove or alter the license notice inside the files.

Violation of these terms terminates your license immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Refunds — 30-day guarantee

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Because these are instant-download digital files, we can't take returns the usual way — but you're covered either way. If your file arrives corrupted, won't open in your PDF reader, or the toolkit simply isn't what you needed, just reach out through the Help link below (support@edudocvault.com) within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you or make it right — your call.

5. No guarantees of results

Our products are organizational tools and templates. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace district-issued forms. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using them. Always check your district's requirements before adopting any template for official records.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduDoc Vault's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
